Selling next spring - What can I do now to get ready?

Without getting into details - take care of the lawn now.

Throw down some fertilizers every 5-6 weeks until the fall. Water the grass. Weed it where needed.

Having a nice well kept lawn is usually a positive sign that the current occupants value their home.

Find an agent?

Look at modern light fixtures too they can really make a home look new. Its maybe a $1000 to $2000 investment but they look great. get one especially for the dining room, family room, entryway and master bedroom and potlights in kitchen for sure (if you have a kitchen island then some nice light fixtures as well hanging above).
