Selling phone under contract

Is it possible to sell a phone under 2 yr contract and replace it with other device?

Will the buyer of the device have any issue just because it's under 2 year contract?

all replies would be appreciated

Shouldn't be too much of a problem, as long as you keep paying your contract.
The buyer of the device will have to unlock the phone if they choose to go with a different carrier.
And unlocking the device could also be expensive depending on the device, mainly iphones.

However, I am not sure how easy it will be to find a buyer, with all the phone insurance scams going on.

If you stop paying your bill, the buyer of the phone will almost certainly not be able to use it on your provider's network (it's against the rules to add a phone to the national blacklist for non-payment, but it's not against the rules to block the device from the provider's network only).
