Are people nowadays not worried about the durability of plastic?

Rotating earcups, foldable headbands, plastic joints. As cheap as some of the headphones currently being sold are, I want them to last longer than a year or two.

I never found it so difficult to purchase decent, quality headphones for less than $100 and thats without Bluetooth.

I bought a pair a couple years ago. Used them once and put them in storage.

They sound like shit, honestly. For me, they are unusable. MUCH better options available at the $100-120 pricepoint, though probably limited options for bluetooth. I didn't mess around with them too much, but maybe you can fix the quality with an app. They sounded hollow, tinny, and had no dynamic range or warmth.

Plus the earcups are slightly smaller than normal, so I can always kinda feel the earcups against the edges of my ear, and I even have small ears.

Usually I love Sennheiser products, but this one ain't it.

Not the best headphones I own, but they are my go-to at the office where I listen to news and talk radio most of the day and needed affordable and decent ANC.

I have these, decent headphones. ANC is 8/10. They're no bose qc35s. Battery life is pretty great. You have to download the sennheiser app to get the sound level to your preference. Worth it at $100. Microphone isn't that great as you can hear yourself during a call.

I tried these out and didn't like them at all. Super uncomfortable even after just a few minutes of demo'ing them. I think they may work with some head shapes and not others and the band just doesn't have any forgiveness in it if it's not the right shape for you.

The bass was amazing, punchy, resonant but not overdriven/boomy. But, the highs are so bad, muted and undetailed, and I usually lean more towards detail than I do big bass.

For $100, and if bluetooth & NC is a requirement, I am not sure there is anything better though.

I've had these for a few years and have been using them daily since working from home. For Teams/Zoom calls and listening to some music they sound fine. Can't hear myself like mentioned above. Colleagues say the mic sounds good. Overall I'd say they're worth it for the price.

These sit on ear so have some clamping effect. After awhile my ears were a bit sore wearing them.

I bought these back in July 2018, and I'm using them daily right now for Zoom calls, listening to music/youtube/spotify.

They're good quality, I've been using them almost daily for 4-6 hours a day since covid started, but the ears do get a bit sore after a long day of Zoom Meetings.

Had these for 2 years (black friday ~$130).
-good closed headphones, most of the time i don't even need the ANC around the office (pre-corona)
-clean bass/mids, definitely matching the frequency charts above.
-great battery life.
-uncomfortable after a few hours as it clamps a bit (Avoid if you have a large head). Look for other BT/ANC options if you plan on wearing it all day.
-doesn't breathe really well (since it's closed and faux leather) so consider it if you sweat easily.

Definitely a good price point for these BT cans, but if comfort is priority, you might want to spend more on the other cans on sale.

I got these from Best Buy in February at the same price and really enjoy them. I basically use them for all of my online meetings and to try and cancel out some noise while WFH. Can't really comment on microphone quality as I end up using my laptop mic as an input instead (for no real reason).

The mic is the one issue I have with the 4.40 version I've got. Or at least the way it picks up every little thing, as if it's hyper sensitive.
As a listening set on the go it's not bad at all, but for calls it isn't doing great for me.
Hopefully the 4.50 is better for that.
