Separate Entrance and Kitchen

How much does it usually cost to have a separate entrance and kitchen in the basement?

Plumbing is already taken care off.

Do you guys know how long it usually takes to get one done?

New build or reno? What it’s going to cost and how long it’s going to take is a factor of these three things:

Get it done well
Get it done cheap
Get it done fast

Pick two of the above three. You will never get all three.

There is also the huge factor of location. Around here, any type of contractor work right now is expensive and takes a long time. If you can even find someone. It might be different in far-distant parts of Canada like Moncton or Toronto, so you should really give your location.

12 weeks for any custom door right now, right off the bat. And by custom, I mean anything that needs to be altered in a factory, specifically height and jambs you will probably need done.

Cost depends on so many factors so it's hard for ppl to say IMO...brick, stucco or siding, how big a kitchen, type of cabinets, how many cabinets, what type of countertop, including appliances? etc

We're all bozos on the bus until we find a way to express ourselves...

Failure is always an option...just not the preferred one!

Separate entrance could be at grade, below grade...... at totally different price points.

This is like asking, I want to buy a car, how much is it going to cost me?
