It says one time use, however it appears that if you already have the code in your cart online or in the app, and go in store and make a purchase there to get the $25 off, the code still ends up staying saved online so you can use it a second time. I don't think it works if you try to add the code after you made an in-store purchase.

+2.5% back through rakuten. I'm waiting to see if they double the cash back before I use the coupon.

It's very doubtful. Sephora is smart and drops their cash back percentage whenever they have a deal going on. Then the day after the deal period ends, Rakuten % goes back up.

It went to 5% recently while they were doing daily up to 50% promos. Given the runway to the end of the promo, why not wait?

Sorry I should have specified- If they are doing a generic discount (like their 10, 15, 20% off the entire site) or this deal (15, 20, 25$ off 75 off the entire site) then Rakuten adjusts to a lower percentage. If it's a random one-off sale on random products, I don't find that the percentage changes. Of course if you have no rush or fear that what you want might sell out, makes sense to wait just in case.
