Service Canada for CPP and OAS website

Have you tried actually calling their call center in the year since it stopped working for you?

I feel like if this was a widespread issue, there would be more media attention about it

Believe they have some blurb when sign in online that can not do some things online, banking info being one but thought contact info would be possible.

Hopefully they will fix by the time me and better half are eligible for cpp, oas... many decades from now!!

The only issue I have had is trying to use the CRA my account method to login, that has been blocked since the issues CRA had last year. If you are getting a message like that then you should call, they probably want to verify something with you after which you will be ok logging in normally.
