servicing a lease car (cx5)

do lease cars have to be serviced from the dealership?
I have a 2017 cx5, which I will likely buy out, it has a 64000km service coming up.

if it doesn't need to be serviced by mazda, could someone recommend me a garage in peel region?
thanks!

As long as you follow the maintenance plan for your vehicle and get it services at a certified mechanic shop then no one can deny your warranty coverage. This is almost always written in the car manual.

on the contrary, anyone can deny your warranty if they felt like it. You will just have to put up a fight when they deny your warranty. how much do you save by going elsewhere?
maybe at least, just do the oil change at the dealership so they have a usable record.
