Settings help and which memory card for gopro

I just bought a gopro 5 and it came with a 16gb sandisk extreme card. I'm planning to use it to record a hockey game around 1 to 2 hours. Which resolution should I use to record and will it be big and fast enough?

I see that costco has a sandisk ultra 128gb for $45 which is very reasonable. My bf also has a lexar 633x 64gb that he can give me. Any help? I'm watching my nephew play tonight! Thank you very much for the help.
