Shaw student deals are up: https://shop.shaw.ca/studentTaurusJudge wrote: ↑ Not sure if student deals were posted but this is what I got wind of coming August 1st 2018 in Calgary:
$40/mo for 8 months, $89 after -> 75/7.5mbps (12 month ave of $56.33/mo)
$50/mo for 8 months, $110 after -> 150/15mbps (12 month ave of $70/mo)
$70/mo for 8 months, $120 after -> 300/20mbps (12 month ave of $86.67/mo)
The parenthesis assumes you renew a plan of some sort after 12 months, I'm told the student plans renew year after year around this time but rates subject to change.
My 2 year contract is expiring and price going to $110 so I'm likely to hop aboard Can-Com.
$5 cheaper for the Internet 150
$40 for Internet 75
$45 for Internet 150
$70 for Internet 300
All for 8 months
Seems like a sick deal, just wish they offered a discount on TV too

My Shaw 150 Internet promo @ $55/month is also about to expire. I contacted the Shaw Loyalty department, but I was not offered anything substantial enough for me to consider staying.
I have no problems changing service providers. If any reps have deals available, please PM me.
Thanks!!

I'm in the same boat too. (except I'm paying $80/mo for 150) Tried calling in and they didn't offer me anything. If one of the reps here have something better, I'm interested too.dyu10075 wrote: ↑ My Shaw 150 Internet promo @ $55/month is also about to expire. Hello,
Manitoba resident here, looking to switch internet and tv over to Shaw from MTS. There is an offer right on the website for internet 75 and small tv for $60/mo for 12 months which is great; but looking to see if I can get anything better or not for a no contract deal. Thanks!
