Which 300? Is it 300/15 or 300/100? I know they offer 300/15 for $65 if you threaten to quit. But they don't change their place on 300/100

I got this offer couple months back as my last contract was expiring.

My contract expires this summer and I was getting emails with renewal offers so I decided to call in. I was previously on $53/mo for Internet 300 and the offers page was showing $59/mo for same plan. When I called, I just said I was debating whether to renew or not and the agent offered the $54/mo for same plan, on a 2 year price guarantee (basically a dollar more per month than my current contract). I asked if there were any other promos like bill credits and he applied a $50 credit for the first month. It was pretty smooth and I didn't need to negotiate at all.

So basically even if you don't see this particular offer (and you're an existing customer), try calling!
