I’m on a 2 year contract with Telus. What are the chances I can hop on the $60 offer?

I don’t see the Telus deal that you posted on their website. Where can I get it?

Telus retention is better than Shaw. I tried several times with Shaw and they only offer me $10 credits and will not switch me to the new plans.

It's not on their website. I got the information from the kiosk people in the mall

In all honesty - never use the providers e-mail, for this reason. Always decouple your e-mail from your service provider - eg: use Outlook.com, hotmail.com, gmail.com, etc.

I realize this doesn't ultimately answer your root question, but that's the answer - avoidance, vs repair.

Sign-up for Gmail and send the old mail to Gmail. After this you will be free from service provider email accounts.
Good insults are hard to find. Why waste them on someone you don't like.

I called Telus a few days ago about the shaw customers being upgraded from 150-> 300 and 300-> 600. Nothing was offered.

Never use Email from your service provider, as you may change with better deals. And yes forward your email to any free web email.

I don't know I got Shaw 300 for $55 a month, never talk to the first person they can't do anything. Always ask for tier two support or customer loyalty can give you a better deal. for phone cable or anything.
