We apologize for any inconveniences caused in regards to this promotion.
Our promotions team announced that there were some delays in processing the rebates for many customers due to the reason that the promo was cut short. As per their advise, if you have made a transaction before October 8, you will be receiving the rebate, however, it may not appear immediately on your next credit statement due to processing issues.
In this case, we highly advise to be patient as many rebates are still being processed, and the rebate you are looking forward to should appear on your next other credit statements rather than the October 12 statement. We will provide further instructions if in case your expected rebate was truly not provided accordingly.
