Shipped Order Got Returned by Staples

Hello,

I purchased some computer from Staples with big discount. My credit card got charged and I received an email from Staples saying my order was shipped two days ago and I would receive my delivery yesterday. Then yesterday, I received an email indicating it was delayed and I will get the delivery today. However, I logged in my Staples account today and found out that my order was returned and I was refunded today, which I didn't do it by myself.

Did anyone have the same experience? What could I do in this situation?
