Shipping to Canada from abroad - delivery of perfume/products containing alcohol by mail?

Does anyone know if Canada Post will deliver products containing alcohol, such as perfume/afterhsave, if shipped from abroad via national carrier (ie not a courier company)?

When looking at the foreign national carriers' website, the section on what can be shipped to Canada does not list products containing alcohol.

Several years ago, I imported some aftershave which was sent from abroad via national carrier Priority Shipping and it was delivered by Purolator, without issue.

Perhaps EMS would be a reliable method, as EMS is delivered in Canada by Purolator?
