How do you guys create that new account to get the 15x multiplier?
You can create a new account, or leave and then re-join household with an existing account - when you do this, the offers change. Repeat until you get 15-20X points offer.

As someone else mentioned, the 20% off and 15-20X offers DO stack. The easiest way to do this is to not draw attention to the points multiplier offer - just present the 20% off coupon, and then scan your Optimum card - if you have the points multiplier offer, it will apply it automatically.

Quick question. I got 3645 regular points today after buying a Switch which is less than the 15 points per dollar i've heard plus see online. Had a 15x offer and got 54k points total instead of the 69k I was expecting.

Just curious if that looks correct.

So, up front $430 roughly and 113700 points to be used on another day to get games and accessories (if they have any) vs. BB with the bundle at $279 + tax and 2 games. Decisions, decisions...
Yeah I was responding to the guy asking about switch 20% off versus switch with 20X the points, I literally know 0 about PSVR or how much it sells for or what bundles shoppers has.

I've updated my worksheet to include the 20% + 15x pts offer. Please see attached.

It took 5 attempts but I finally got a 15X offer. Switch + pro controller + Mario Kart 8 for $ 439.97 pre-tax. Saved $ 110 with 20% off and 79K points. Thanks to OP as I wouldn't have bought otherwise.

How often does this deal come up? If I don’t get one today when will it be likely to get another 20% off + 15x bonus points?

If you bought a switch and got 15x, you should've got 303x15x15=68175 points.
For some reason during the 20% promo, SDM thought you paid 243 before tax, so give you 243x15x15=54675
You can tell by dividing 3645 regular points by 15.

The only way to address it is to do a points inquiry and get them to top up the missing points.
Use the chat in the app, it's much faster and easier.

I don't get it how you calculate the discount based on 20% off and 20x points. Yes, the 20% gets applied right away, but the 20x points you earn them for the next purchase. Applying the earned points of the transaction to the same transaction to calculate the discount is illogical.

Unless I miss something. But please, correct me if I am wrong (I don't think so).

All regular price items in shoppers are over priced anyways. 20% just bring it back to regular price when compared to other stores.

Most of us would consider PCO points the same as cash or gift card, etc (and yes its to be used for any future purchase at Loblaws banner store or SDM) hence the calculation as a discount on the initial cost of the switch.
