This is a targeted offer. I've never received it. You only need to buy milk once to trigger the offer. My brother has been getting it for a year on his app. It comes up virtually every week for him. Sometimes every other week.

It's the best deal in Canada for Milk at Sdm with the offer.

For mine, 20x for milk for straight 3-4 wks and then zero for next 2 wks.
Right now, I got none for 2nd wk in a row.
