Check your offers. First time I received this one. Not sure what to buy to be honest. Obviously YMMV. Minimum 50k redemption. Great deal if u got it and there’s something(s) you want to buy. Deal starts tomorrow July 7th

Is this the bonus points back offer? getting 40% points back after redeem?
Your title is a bit misleading. 40X implies you spend money and gets points back (20x, which is about 30%).
I suggest update the title to 40% points back when redemption over 50k.

I've never once got one of these 40% back in points deals. I don't know if it's excluded in BC or not but it really hurts my feelings. I've warned over a million points at SDM, but never had this event.

That title needs to be updated. Wasn't too sure what you were talking about, because we never had a 40x ever, but then it rings, you need to redeem and get 40% back. That's the promo

Same boat, I live in BC and have over 1M points. I only got one couple years ago. Yes, it hurts my feeling too, so I am thinking switch to another card.

This isn’t new and the title is false advertising. It’s 40% points back not 40x points. It might look like a small detail but the difference is pretty big given 40x points would be applied to purchases while 40% applies to redemption. Anyone could take advantage of 40x points but only those with points can redeem points. Not to mention there are better opportunities to redeem.
