Not sure if anyone is still following this, but has anyone had a problem getting the 20x points? They show up on the receipt and were supposed to be credited by the 19th but SDM is refusing to do it

I didn't get my extra 20x by their given deadline either, so I contacted them last week using the online contact form (https://beauty.shoppersdrugmart.ca/contactus), and I received my missing points the next day.

I messaged them on the 22nd right after I posted that and im still waiting on them to give me the points. They asked for proof twice and then said that the points "should have been credited" and then closed my request so I had to message and get it reopened
On the 27th they said there was multiple people with this issue and they would look into it and I'm still waiting on the points

I didn't get the 20x extra point either. I submitted a point inquiry on the optimum point web site last week. They asked me to reply with proof and I replied with the email order confirmation showing the total points I should received. Got a manual adjustment of the missing points last night.
