If you want warranty service, I found that CMS Warranty is unreachable (rebranded to Licus?). However, I was successful with getting my scooter repaired after contacting Licus. Their email is support@licus.com.

Increases torqur and acceleration but not top speed. Apparently you have to buy a new ninebot controller(top piece you turn power on with). Then you get access to bluetooth, access to
3 speed settings, lighting controls, speeds up to 18.9mph, segway app will talk to it, etc. That upgrade still awaiting as in mail. I weigh 217lbs and es1 with extra battery gets about 20km range. Hoping for more range if i can set to standard mode(same top speed but slower acceleration than sport)
I didn't know the scooter is upgradable, how do you pull that off and what cost?
