Unfortunately I don't think we can anymore. Stocktrack isn't working for shoppers and I was trying to see if we could manually on the website but I couldn't find anything :/

+1, most electronics are final sale at SDM. There may be anecdotal reports of returns being accepted, but that would be the exception from the norm...

I returned an opened 3DS couple years ago with no issue at all. just went to the casher and returned.

Which store has the largest selection of electronics in Vancouver? Hoping to explore their selection but don’t quite need anything gaming-related.

They will accept returns as long as its not opened, well mine does at least.

It's been a few years, but I bought my original PS4 at Shoppers and I remember that they wrote FINAL SALE on the bill.

If I have 400k pts to redeem in one transaction, would it be counted as 200k = $300 (w/ bonus) + 200k = $200 (regular) ?

The most you can redeem at once is $500 worth so in your case all 400k in one transaction.

I bought my Ps4 Pro last year and nothing was written like that. He said, if you do not open it, FULL refund, 14 days.

This may have changed, but going from my last experience.

Again returns on electronics at SDM are EXTREMELY hit or miss. Stop trying to act like what the one SDM you frequently shop at is gospel. I have successfully returned sealed games and controllers in the past but I'm not going to act like that's anywhere close to the norm.

Returns will only be given if original product is returned in the original sealed box in saleable condition with a receipt and within the 30 day return period from original date of purchase
In some instances you may be required to deal directly with the manufacturer.

They halted all returns during covid lockdown
Also if it is a clearance item, sales are final

Have you seen it on the flyer or something? All I have seen so far is the Tab A for $299..

but that's couple years ago. not so true today with the pandemic. it seems most SDMs that used to offer return on electronics went final sale

The most you can redeem is 500K points, so redemption value is $600.

It retails for $429.99, which I assume is what they would sell for at SDM, if I can find one. But if I redeem 200k points for $300 off, it makes it $129.99 + tax.

What I meant was, I haven't seen SDM carry the Tab 6S lite or any "S" series - I have been looking for months and end up settled for the Tab A.. I don't think SDM carry Tab 6S lite
