Shoppers eager to clear out all their xmas goods. Buyer beware. Alot of their electronics stuff near cash out is overpriced junk.
Games, toys, etc. Get what you need / what you think your loved ones will want. Not filler.

I think people are just hopeful for a chance at a Switch, Dyson and the ever elusive PS5 and XBSeX.

I wish SDM sold AirTags. Decent deal here (not as good as BF but still).

Does SDM price match? Might pick up airpods but these are more expensive at SDM.

You can find great deals on their store specific clearance, it really depends what you're looking for. There is a limit to the kind of stuff they carry, but they do carry some lower end stuff made by brands like Sony, and Sennheiser.

Just an example, they are already marking down Corsair PC gaming stuff (Keyboards, headsets, mice, etc) to prices that are lower than what they sell for at Best Buy, Amazon, etc. Add in 20x the points or bonus redemption, and you're potentially getting a headset that retails for $130 elsewhere, for half off.

It's the junk like Alurtek, basically, anything that is just retail branded Amazon FBA type junk that you want to avoid.

As far as bonus redemption goes, this is hotter than the Black Friday redemption IMO since you can actually find stock. You also might be able to find stock on a day where they also have 20x the points on the outstanding balance.
I will tell my grandchildren about the deal I got on an HP Touchpad at the Bank street staples thanks to rfding.

Does this mean they're going to have two bonus redemption events this month? I swear I remember them having one for Boxing Day as well last year (but of course it was just like this standard one).

So this is... a bit less then the Black Friday one? Though not by much by my estimate. 4% less?

They seem to have bonus redemptions ever 2-3 weeks these days. They are always spend 200k get $300. The exception being Black Friday, which is spend 250k get $400. I am not sure if boxing day usually has the higher bonus rate.

It is a big reason why people misplayed things by going all in with the Black Friday redemption. Lots of people were after Switch OLEDs and Switch Consoles, that were otherwise in stock during normal 200k for $300 redemptions, and for days with 20x the points that could be stacked on the outstanding balance beyond the first $300. They waited for Black Friday to get a small amount more in bonus redemption, and they were impossible to get.
