[Shoppers Drug Mart] HomeSense Gift Cards (Through Happy Gift Cards), 5,000 Optimum Points For Every $50

Ontario Flyer

This week's flyer is advertising the Happy Birthday and Happy Custom versions of the Happy Gift Cards.

For every $50 spent, receive 5,000 Optimum points (will be forwarded to you).

This is a very rare offering as you don't normally see these gift cards a part of any sale. This is the first time I've ever seen HomeSense a part of the "Happy Gift Card" program. This is hot!

Happy Birthday - Golf Town, HomeSense, Hudson’s Bay, Indigo, La Vie en Rose, Sporting Life

Happy Customizable - Cineplex, DAVIDsTEA, Golf Town, H&M, Hudson’s Bay, HomeSense, Sporting Life

Ends Friday

FAQ's
HOW DO I USE THE HAPPY CARD IN STORES?
Ensure you know your balance and tell the cashier to ring up as “credit”.

ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS ON THESE PREPAID CARDS?
The Card is redeemable only at the merchants whose logos appear on the front of the Card.

Are these gift cards usable at Marshalls or Winners even if it says Homesense? They're part of the same family.

Worst case, you can buy a Marshalls / Winners gift card at Home Sense.

The TJX Canada "rule" is they work at each other's stores. I'm not sure if this only applies to their own actual card but I was thinking about asking customer service to inquire. I just found it interesting that the Happy Card company singled out HomeSense when they could have said "TJX Stores" but it may have been an oversight.

We have Winners/Homesense combo stores here that share the same cash.. so I would assume yes.

If I'm buying $500 worth to get 8 X 5 K (40 K pts), should I buy 10 separate cards or one card worth $500?

If I have to buy separate cards, are the happy gift cards stackable for one (online) purchase at The Bay or Indigo?

Does HomeSense sell other gift cards, such as Home Depot for example?

Is there a limit to how many I can use per transactions for purchases at the store? E.g. At Sporting Life. Can I use 4x$50?

Just another gift card available at most stores that sell gift cards. It is like the "Happy" card, in that it works at a number of retailers.

So I guess you can buy any other gift cars that are available in the store using HomeSense Gift Cards?

Thanks or confirming! Went to purchase one and points didn’t show up in the receipt right away.
