Mmmmmm Sodium. But a good meal if you're not in the mood to cook.

thx OP!

sure there might be a bit more sodium but what food isn't loaded with either sodium or sugar (sugar is worse!)....unless you make it yourself!

great for a quick fix meal - boil some pasta or cook some rice and add the soup on top for a heartier meal!!

I'm returning mine I bought from RCSS. But have you checked whether they're about to expire?

Nice find, thanks!

I love these soups but they can't be that healthy?

Chicken corn chowder is real good. Top it up with some rice or pasta and you got yourself a gourmet meal

It probably is, but it's great to have a couple around for emergencies.

I thought of the same thing.... but it's just fat and salt...
Tuna and crackers would be better to have in case of emergencies

I love how people come in and say it is bad.

It is bad to have a whole can yourself, but if you share it and eat fruit with it, its not that bad once in awhile.

Lol at the replies, here I'm thinking Campbell's soup is a healthy alternative to the usual crap I eat. Reading your replies made me realize I have to make drastic changes to my diet.
