Are we sure that if we buy SDM Gift Cards, we will get the usual Optimum points PLUS the 8000 bonus? If not sure, I would buy non-SDM Gift Cards that don't go on sale.

Just got my hands on the physical flyer. Here's the fine print:

Offer limited to three (3) eligible transaction per Optimum cardholder number. Offer valid until November 10, 2017, while quantities last. Points to be awarded to your account by Friday, November 17, 2017 for eligible transactions. Gift or financial cards may not be used to purchase additional gift or financial cards. Bonus points will not be issued for transactions in which a gift card or a financial card is used as tender to pay for additional gift or financial cards. We reserve the right to limit quantities. No rainchecks. Offer may be changed or terminated at any time without notice. See cashier for details. No refunds on any gift cards purchases.

I'm reading this post only now!
I bought this morning 2 CT 100 dollar each (180 in total) can I buy another 50 dollar or so and get 8000 pts or the 200 dollars in GC must be all at once?
If that is the case, can I return unused GC?

Thanks. What do they mean by “financial card?” Do you still get the 8000 points when paying for your gift cards using a credit card?

Hey folks!

Spend $200+ on 2 or more gift cards (combined value i.e. 2x100, 4x50 etc.) between Nov 4 and Nov 10, and get 8000 optimum points.
Hi, OP, first off thanks for sharing a great deal.

The pic you've posted, though, looks incredibly similar to a version that was originally posted on one of RFD's competitor sites, (where the CANUCKS are SMART). If this is the case, then as has been stated quite clearly elsewhere, please do not repost the pics. Even if the image has been significantly cropped, taking a pic and reposting it here is against the wishes of the owner. (And, coincidentally, against RFD policy...)

It's great to share deals, but if pics are sourced elsewhere, then either confirm with the source that it's okay to repost it here, or make sure it's your own photo. Or, share the deal, but leave the pics out.

(For those who know me from the competitor site, it has been a really bad 2 weeks of more of my sneaks peaks showing up in strange places, so I'm rather pissed off).

The dates of the 2 deals do not overlap, so No. As for your second question, why would you want to return GCs that you bougnt at 10% off?

Does anyone know if public mobile vouchers are considered gift cards? They're in the gift card section, but don't exactly say gift card Thinking Face

I think gift card sale is final. You cannot return or exchange them.

Ok wait I'm confused.
This promo start on Nov 4 right?
So CT gift card will not be anymore with 10% off.

Am I missing something?
In that case I think best bet will be just SDM gift card collecting 10000. How much are 10000 pts in cash buying on regular days?

I am afraid that all the gift cards are not safe, I heard some thieves pick up gift cards without paying and scans the bar codes, then put them back quietly, they check the balance regularly and if they find there are money inside, they just use a copied bar codes to buy something and pay at the automated payment machines. They can easily get the codes without scratch the gift card

Are you sure?
Usually you don't get any Optimum points for buying gift cards.
You will get Optimum points only if you're getting SDM GC
