Good to combine this with the 50k points back on $150 spend today which is today only.

Not sure what's up with the thumbs down lol. If you look elsewhere they all sell it for 79.99.

This is a fun game for kids. I played through it and it looked great but was very easy and having all the characters on the screen made it hard to see where you were.

That was by all accounts a price error, so not really fair to downvote actual sale prices that aren't as low. $50/55 is generally the floor price for AAA Switch game sales.

We still don't know for sure if it was, there was no official confirmation of that. Moreover, many people were able to score one without much issue both online and in-store. It is fair to compare it, since that was a price for that time. Whether or not you consider it to be too low of a price is irrelevant.

Welcome to the forum! :) Sometimes despite the price being the lowest current one, people will downvote because:

1. The product itself is meh = the price should be even lower.
2. There was recently a cheaper option that many benefitted form (yes, not available anymore, but still serves as an FYI for people).

At this point...I would say save your money for this upcoming release. I wanted to play the game OP shared, but the reviews and gameplay made it less enticing.

Absolutely an error as I went in and it was $79.99, I asked if they had updated their prices yet today (they have not) it updated to $29.99 so I bought one! My buddy went in later that day to get a copy and it was back to $79.99 as it was in error.

The new Kirby forgotten land looks amazing though as we have yet to play this kirby game but by kids (6 and under) will most likely have a blast.

It's not about what I consider too low or not - it's about comparing a genuine sale to a price error, and that being the basis for the sale price not being good. There were enough cancelled orders and anecdotal evidence from people to be quite confident that $29.99 was a price error. If you're waiting for an official declaration from Walmart, or are waiting for AAA Switch prices to hit $29.99 again then you might be waiting a long while.

I second this! The new Kirby game looks open world, this game on sale I think is freemium game; you could download the first one at least for free, then pay for upgrades...
