Yes, it works out to be $146.66 when you redeem 200K PC points and they give $100 bonus but you need a $80 filler to reach the $300 spending.

The other alternative is to redeem 100k points for $140 off. If you spend $150 after redemption you get 40k points which is $40

Today (December 15) they have a 50k offer for over $150

I don't think you can combine that with the $300 for 200k points unless you're spending an additional $150 over that $300 point.
