The No Name Butter should be at $2.00 regular price imho, and at $2.99 it's priced at a huge premium for the very low quality product given. It certainly isnt suited even for sauce making, because I can easily tell the sauce is off when I use it compared to Lactantia butter. I only use the NM butter for protecting the turkey skin when baking.

They literally have this sale every weekend, plus or minus 10 cents.

Regular deals don't make for hot deals. Sdm has these on sale regularly, usually weekends.

If you text to get it, it will be high. If you get it in your account, usually it's lower.
It's different for each account. Check yours starting Friday.

The No Name butter is very popular and flies of the shelf. If it was bad it wouldn't. They don't have special cows to make it. Butter is butter. I have tried many brands. The No Name is good and I eat too much of it. Here in Quebec at some places like Metro a pound of Brand-name butter goes for almost $6 so $3 for NN butter is a deal. Plus 20 X the points brings it to $2. I don't believe you can taste a difference between Brand-name butter and No Name in a sauce. Maybe you got a rancid stick once and go on that impression. Don't be a butter snob.
