I think we all load up on the previous promo (last month) of 7500 points for every $50. Still waiting on those points to show up

Supposed to take 4 weeks. That's what customer service said and looking at previous promo, definitely got points after 4 weeks

It's been more than 4 weeks which is why everyone is so salty. I still haven't received my points either even after submitting a points inquiry a few days ago.

Airmiles? We are on the same topic, right? PC Points. I have submitted the inquiry and did not hear back from them yet. It's hit and miss. Some people got their points right away after the inquiry, but some (like myself) are still waiting for them to respond. ....

Yeah, been a long hot day. My bad.

SDM never gives you the points unless you email to ask.

Even then they make you wait until 4 weeks after the promo, if you email before the 4 weeks they will tell you to wait the full 4 weeks and still not give you the points.

Same situation. Still no news about those points.

Read somewehere one has to query within 45 days for any e & o otherwise one loses whatever points on that transaction earned

Made a query yesterday and got an autobot reply that they are looking into the matter.

Wait, the last promo ended around June 18. Points should come this week

I was told the points would be rewarded on July 16 - four weeks after the promotion ended, as opposed to the date of your purchase during the promo period. The agent acknowledged that wasn’t specified in the T&C and agents are apparently being updated internally about this discrepancy.

Doesn't even offset the new taxes...

They are Hoping you have forgotten the points.

The best way using Netflix is using other region's account.

Is there even a reason for stalling besides intending to fulfill less than the entitlement? It's like those mail in rebates that have a fulfillment rate of 60%. So the 40% they just pocket

Everyday it seems like a new story. First it was 2 weeks, then it's 2-4 weeks, now it's 4 weeks at the last date of the promotion??? What next?
