i don't think Canon makes micro four third cameras with interchangeable lenses.

i also don't think that all micro four third lenses are interchangeable if you switch brands. for example, a canon apsc lens wont work on a nikon or sony apsc camera.

i never said anything about canon, i am looking for any brand,, just wanted it from SDM because i have $300+ in points... i currently have a sony a5000 which is fine

From everything i have seen they should be interchangeable, but i honestly haven't done a ton of research on it... maybe i was just dreaming, lol.

the sony a5000 has an apsc sensor.

only sony lenses will work with that camera (or 3rd party lenses that are specially designed for sony). if you want to use canon, nikon, etc. lenses, you need an adapter, but the autofocus might not work well.

for upgrades to the a5000... you should get the a6000 (kind of old now), a6100, a6300, a6500, or a6600.
