The better offer would have been spend $40 on presto fares and get 10000 PC points.

I actually thought that was the offer. If it were, Loblaws would've gotten like 90% of Ontarians to sign up to PC Optimum.

Presto Cards are excluded, Shoppers doesn't make any money selling Presto cards and fares top ups.
