Isn't it $200 cash plus $200 worth of PC points = $400 for the purchase...
It’s promo redemption weekend this weekend 200k points =300$

Title is misleading and should be change to FOR 400$ and get 200$ worth of points.

Total of purchase is 400+tx=460.
Minus the 200
Net cost 260.

Not 200+tx = 230

(Taxes at 15% for the example).

aasoror has nailed the challenge with SDM. Terrible return policy, a real problem when you're playing panel roulette.

Agreed, Costco is king imo when it comes to budget tvs. Get the $30 warranty and you're guaranteed 5 years of use out of your purchase.

I do think OP should change the savings. It's not $300 savings, but $100 as you have to use $200 worth of points.

If you have a 20x you could argue that your savings would be $100 bonus pts and $60 in points earned for 20x for a total of 160 saved. That puts TV at 340.
That's right. Can the OP or the mods change the deal to reflect the savings of $100 not $300. The title is fine but the savings is wrong.

Tv is $499 plus tax = $563 - $300 (200k points) = $263 cash out of pocket. I have a 20x Which will give me another $60 back in points.

A little over 2 years ago I came across a 55" 1080p RCA TV at RCSS. It was missing the manual and the remote but was only $100. I bought it, plugged it in and saw 5 bad pixels right in the middle of the panel.

I phoned for warranty repair and after very little discussion they approved it for warranty service. I took it in and about 3 weeks later the repair shop had a new RCA 55" 4K set (with the remote and manual ) for me.

It's hard to beat that kind of warranty service! The TV has been in my daughter's university student house (i.e. harsh conditions) for close to 3 years now and is still working perfectly.

Also, I inherited the 43" RCA that the new 55" replaced, I use it fairly regularly and it is excellent as well (sound sucks so I use an external speaker).

My first hand experience with RCA doesn't reflect all the RCA bashing going on here, but maybe I've just been lucky.

I'd pay SDM $350 ($500 - 30% on 20X points day) any day for a 60" 4K Smart TV. The only problem is that all the TVs I have continue to work flawlessly.

Anyone has RCA can share your experience with this TV?

RCA = Curtis... read review before you take plunge. SDM is hard on returns of electronics.

Bought the 40" inch RCA 4K TV from Newegg eBay for $160 + tax to replace my 10+ years old 40" 720p Samsung. I hope that will be an upgrade over the Samsung.

Just got it. Redeemed 210k points. It cost me ,$255, and I got almost 60k points back. So $195 cash out of pocket. Great picture out of the box using OTA cable. No dead pixels. Pretty happy!!

Use the points for groceries or other goods at shoppers. Save yourself some headaches and get this Vizio for the same price. Or technically 2 cents less.. That's my 2 cents.
Is this D series 60" Vizio any good? Is it still available at $499? And D Series is not as good as M series right? (the poster before you mentioned Vizio M series and TCL 6 series, but i think those are quite a bit more expensive than your vizio D series 60" $499...

Also, which would you choose at $499, the 60" vizio or this 55" TCL?
