[Shoppers Drug Mart] YMMV Buy Gillette razors/blades, get back 96% of value in PCOptimum points, Prepaid Card - NOW ONLY 69%

An opportunity to buy Gillette branded products and get back most of what was paid after taxes in points and prepaid card, assuming 1 PCO point = 1c.

1. Go to https://www.pcoptimumoffers.ca/en/pg/pg ... ers/portal and load the Gillette/Venus offer - spend $30 get 10,000 PCO points.
2. Buy 3 $10.99 Gillette razors with 2,000 bonus points per razor (see picture) as part of a 20x points purchase. (Most people will have get 20x points WUS $75 in their app for today and tomorrow - Monday's offers will vary.)
3. Receive 16,000 PCO bonus points + (20x on $32.97 = 9891) = 25,891 PCO points worth $25.89.
4. [NOW EXPIRED] Go to https://apfco.com/Secured/P3612W/P19279 ... /EntryForm to submit your receipt for a $10 prepaid card by mail. Purchases needed to be made by June 15th to qualify. You have until June 30th to upload your receipt.

Total spent: $32.97 x 1.13 (ON HST) = $37.26
Total value of points/card: $35.89

There may be opportunities to use coupons also (e.g. C51), but I didn't have time to look when I was in-store. EDIT: @OGFree99 confirms a $3 C51 coupon is available. Post #38. There are also reports of $2 and $1.50 coupons.

EDIT: Some people have been successful with points inquiries for the 10K WUS $50 flyer offer, but most are being denied.
Thanks to @TheMadMax for the reminder: https://www.pcoptimum.ca/help-and-support/contact-us - THIS IS YOUR BEST CHANCE TO GET THE 10,000 POINTS ADJUSTMENT. Do it on a PC (phone app always says no agents are available to chat). Submitting points inquiries has become almost useless because it's unlikely the person handling the email knows English.

Looks like a pretty good deal to me. Seems like there's this offer too for even more points (found it in the flyer)

Purchase must be made by June 15th to qualify for the $10 prepaid card, so this opportunity expires after Monday, although the other points would still be available.

So... maybe I'm just being a little overcautious, but can someone explain "pcoptimumoffers.ca" to me? NGL, it seems pretty... phishy... It looks like it's in no way affiliated with the actual PCO, and seems to require logging in to your PCO account (which, I mean, of course it would, even if it were 100% legit, I guess...). The root URL throws a 404 error. It seems to be run by "websaver.ca", which I'm not at all familiar with. Assuming that it's all legit, how would a 3rd party company that's in no way affiliated with PCO actually be able to earn you PC points? I could understand if it were, like, a GCR/Rakuten kind of thing, but how does an unaffiliated company deposit PCO points into someone's account?

Thanks Ops!
I didn't get the 20X, only 16480 points, that is about 9K shy, comparing to the best.
But I am still very satisfied.
I happened just in need a few of this, and I am very pleased that I only paid $11 for 2 proglide and 1 mach 3

You would only get the 20x if u spent more than $75 total. I think the best way is 6 razors + 2 4L bags of homo milk (assuming u have small kids and they drink milk).=$75+

Instead of distributing coupons and people grabbing a 100 of em, P&G started a partnership with Loblaws group to have these special offers available for load into PCO. They've had a few rounds of these already while progressively cutting back of physical paper coupons

$75 spent gives you roughly 22,500 back in points.

$22.50 + $10 + $10 = $42.50

So you're not getting 96% back

Best per unit is to buy the razor + 2 blades pkg? No offer on blades only?

Blades weren't on sale at my SDM and didn't have the 2000 pts bonus like the blades plus handles did, so yes, best per unit at my SDM was 2 blades + handle x 3 packs.

$22.50 + $10 + $10 = $42.50

If you look at the OP, I mentioned that 20x points on $32.97 (cost of 3 handles + blades) contributes 9891 PCO points. That plus the 16,000 (you forgot the extra 6000 above) plus your $10 prepaid card is 96% of what you paid after tax for the razors. You also get 20x points on the remainder of your $75+ purchase.
