Apparently not, because before that purchase I only had $20~ total towards the $400 total, and only spent $177.99 on the TV after points.

Yes, this is stackable, so spend $40, get 8,000 points, or whatever, you could end up with 200,000 points at the end.

I thought 500k point is max, you can actually get over 500k+ points?

I guess you can because it keeps growing after 500k.

samhoque wrote: Great explanation!. I had the 12K Sunscreen offer along with the OP's offer. Purchased sunscreen during 20x, and paid about $3+tax for $30+tax worth of sunscreen. I got the sunscreen at 90% off!! SDM may become the next Sears.
+1

Regards the Shoppers pricing. There are definitely deals to be had. Those that say Shoppers is overpriced need to push those prices to one side and look for the deals on other items. Seek and ye shall find. Be scrupulous and keep a keen eye on sale prices and offers daily.
The sunscreen deals are great and happen yearly. We buy our family's yearly supply for literally 20% of the retail price after savings.
Try to buy in bulk the things that have a long shelf life. That is also when you can capitalize on Shoppers deals.

Stop thinking that these offers make you save money, they absolutely do not.
How do they not save money? If you buy items that do not go on sale ever- i.e. nintendo switch and their AA/AAA games (breath of the wild, mario stuff) which are $80 and don't go on sale, you can get loads back.

I bought a switch for 20% off, and ended up with enough points to save 20 bucks on joy cons. I saved $96+tax on one of the offers that you don't save money on. You need to be very attentive to pricing to make SDM work.
