If you're interested in trying an electric kick scooter, this will fit your bill! (and extra 10% when you sign up for their email).
Note: Please make sure you are allowed to operate an electric kick scooter on the road for your local region. Each region is different so check before you buy or you'll just be circling around your drive way.
Keep in mind this is refurbished, so:
- 30 day return period from showcase, no extra manufacturer warranty after 30 days
- could come with problems, expect several back and forth work to get a good unit with showcase
Refurbished experience:
- My first unit shuts off randomly for first 5 minutes or so, then will not shut off after -- returned
- Second unit didn't come with power cable, had to wait for them to ship it over
- return was hassle free, they will send you return label to send it back
Scooter experience:
- I'm about 180 lb and scooter can go about 6km with single charge
- scooter doesn't go far, but relatively light and and easy to carry and store
- max speed is probably 15km/h
What this is good for:
- fun ride to your favorite store to do instore pick ups for small items, not a daily commute work horse
- try the electric kick scooter experience at a lower cost
