Shame Costco don't implement something like the Disney fast pass I.e. you reserve a shopping time online e.g. arrive at 9:45 to shop from 10:00 - 10:40. If you don't finish by 10:40 you don't get to checkout.

Then I'd sign up - no incentive necessary!

$50 for $250 spend on items online that typically are already overpriced is hardly a bargain

This. How does this work exactly? I would like to take advantage online, but making people go in to the store right now seems like a bad decision.

Well stuff are more expensive online on Costco.ca, so that $50 is more like $40 if you buy stuff in store. Plus that caveat of minimum purchase of $250.

Still a decent deal I guess, will think about it

Why is Costco encouraging more people to shop at their warehouse...have they not seen how many people are lined up each and every freaking day outside?!? They really are trying to spread the virus. Do yourself a favour, don't sign up unless you plan to shop online.

With all the idiocy I've seen with Costco shoppers lately, I'll pass.
