That's a bit much for a single blade. Bosche icon at CT are $27 each as a reference. I wouldn't pay more than that for blades.

You mean buy the rubber from Honda and change it from the existing blade?
How much does the rubber cost from Honda?

Silicone, not silicon

I get the Michelin wipers from Costco when they go on sale for $8. I used to use the Honda inserts, but they've gotten much more expensive over time, and I find the Michelin wipers to be no worse.

The OP is looking for silicone wipers not rubber. Watch project farms and pick the most effective wiper you can get in Canada.

Found these

Is that the standard price for silicon wiper blades or I should look somewhere else?
I think what you're seeing is built-in shipping costs for wipers. They're irregularly shaped and probably costly to deliver.

I have used those PIAA super silicone wipers and honestly they weren't all that. I also don't recommend silicone wipers if you use Aquapel. They chatter like mad!
Maybe if you use Rain-X, another silicone product, on the windshield, it could work better.
