I bought these this year (demo) for about that price and they have allowed me to ski for the first time in almost 15 years. Life changing.
I realize these were niche, but the competitors are upwards of 1000 USD.
If anyone has foot problems and misses skiing these are excellent value, considering the cost of a new pair after exchange and shipping. Not sure if they go on sale often, but I've been on their email list for about 5 months and this is the first deal like this.
