Have tried with many different cards including new credit cards that have never placed any prior skip the dishes orders and tried google pay but it always removes the coupon at the last step

I do have multiple skip accounts that were also created when they did their $20 off promo last summer so most likely the issue I'm running into is related to that

Has anyone figured what skip is using (phone number etc) to prevent users with multiple accounts from redeeming these promos/coupons?
