Before I ordered, the online tracker said I would get my food in about 30 minutes.

Then the driver is taking a completely different route, not even travelling towards the direction of my residence, making loops around downtown.

WTF! is this normal?
He probably was eating your food.

My delivery never arrived. Waited for over a hour and a half for no reason. Just got my refund processed, and some credits credited back to my account.

What a **** joke!
LOL I only laugh because this happened to me a few weeks ago. And every time you try and order it says “we are experiencing high demand” or something similar. They posted that the two times I ordered. The first time I canceled after waiting well over an hour. Skip sucks. Uber is much more reliable imo. You get what u pay for.

So the subtotal for the order has to be 15 dollars or higher in order for the promo to work? And that's before delivery fee and taxes?

yes. And you have to consider tips. Still a good deal compared to normal pricing + drive to the restaurant

Can we place the order and pick it up ourselves? Major discount on overpriced restaurant food and no delivery fee and no tipping needed.

You can place the order and arrange to meet with the driver at the restaurant, but you'll still have to pay the delivery fee, since the promo only applies to delivery orders.
