Do you guys tip?

I usually tip when it's like a $15+ order

But with these coupons my orders are usually $5ish

The courier does the exact same work for you regardless of how much you spend.

Not necessarily, sometimes the restaurant is like a minute away.

And also, my transaction is with the restaurant, not the courier.

People usually say 15% for delivery but if the order is like $3. That amount is basically nothing.

Tipping is always controversial I suppose.

-- Regardless of how far the restaurant is, if you order $15 vs $5 the courier is doing the exact same work for you.

And also, my transaction is with the restaurant, not the courier.

-- You're asking about tipping, and the tips go directly to the courier.

People usually say 15% for delivery but if the order is like $3. That amount is basically nothing.

-- Then tip $1 if you prefer. It's your world :)

Tipping is always controversial I suppose.

I tip at least $1 upfront.

If they are fast, I tip another $2.

If it's a large order ($50+), I will tip $5 max.

If it's traffic jam time, I wil tip them $5 - $10.

It's really depends on you. You dont have to tip at all.

If we all don't tip, These delivery companies will restructure their payout.

how much of the delivery fee goes to the driver? id be a lot more inclined to tip if the delivery fee was more reasonable. $5 delivery fee is kind of exuberant

Someone in another thread mentioned that Skip drivers can now see how much you are tipping before they accept or reject to deliver your order.
