A smart lock with build in remote connect?

Trying to find a passcode lock for my house's main entrance, but seems all the "smart" ones requires a hub or kit, can't they just use build in wifis? ( the same tech in most smart thermometers)
Not very picky on brands, as long as it can be controlled remotely in my workplace, and opened by both key and passcode, maybe NFC cards if possible? Or any lock with hub combo that affordable?

Any suggestion is welcome

There are many options, some requiring hubs or that come with the adapter. We have an August smart lock with a separate keypad and it works great. But for something with an integrated keypad, I also ordered this one recently that I think fits your requirements: ... t-deadbolt#/ . Of course, there are others like Yale Assure Touchscreen Connected by August, but they are more expensive

Schlage have several products that do most of this, including a WiFi option. ... locks.html

I have and love my Connect on my door. Works excellently with SmartThings and Home Assistant. Has a keypad opening or a proper key lock (intended as a backup but can be used routinely)
