Hmm, this seems to be a great deal. Wonder if I have a plan with work / school.

OP, this seems like a really good deal, but where do you see the bring it back cost is only $120?

When you go to place your order it says it when you select your phone.

Also the S20 Ultra for $34/mo and $190 BIB, plus the ear buds

Total for the Ultra comes to $1006 over the term.

Looks like their s20+ also comes with free ear buds for 22.50 a month with a $150 bring it back

It's a very solid deal. Annoying that they did the bring-it-back fee of $120 on top of the monthly fee, so bear that in mind. It's definitely worth it to pay that fee, as even if you aren't keeping the phone, in 2 years it's worth more than $120 (for example, a Galaxy S9 is still worth $300).

Breakdown: Galaxy S20 128GB for $0 upfront, $13.75 / mo = $330 for the phone, +$120 B.I.B. The buds retail for $179.99 and you can probably sell them for $150 sealed.

June 20:
UPDATED Breakdown: Galaxy S20 128GB for $0 upfront, $7.92 / mo = $190.08 for the phone, +$260 B.I.B, free Galaxy Buds+ . The buds retail for $179.99 and you can probably sell them for $150 sealed

Breakdown #2: Galaxy S20+ 128GB for $0 upfront, $14.17 / mo = $340.08 for the phone, +$320 B.I.B, free Galaxy Buds+ . The buds retail for $179.99 and you can probably sell them for $150 sealed

The other good deal they have if you want to save a bit of cash is the Google Pixel 4 64GB. It is $0 upfront, $7.50/month and no bring-it back. So, you pay $180 for the phone. A Pixel 4 64GB is worth about $750. An S20 is worth about $1000+ currently. (both new/sealed)

All of their iPhone deals are currently crap.

Do you know or does anyone know what happens if you break your contact part way? I might have to travel for 4-5 months and I don't know that I would keep my phone plan. Do you just pay off the balance at $13.75/month or do they base it off on phone value?
Previous wins:
2007
-Fujifilm Finepix Z10FD 7.2mp (Green) 210$
-2x Xbox 360 (Oct 29 & Nov 1) 300$
-2x EA SPORTS

I've been getting these emails for a while. I got a S9 in Oct 2018 for free on 2 yr deal $65/month for 6GB. Has anyone had any luck getting the new plans? I don't need a new phone, but I would like to pay less and get more data.

My plan was to wait until the fall when my deal is up anyway, but if I can save money i will :)

I'm pretty sure you get screwed and have to pay the original remaining price of the phone, just like all of these contracts. Here is the relevant passage from the contract (see attachment). This is for the Pixel 4.

So, if you cancel the agreement before the end of the commitment, you pay your remaining "Device discount balance".

So, for the Pixel 4, your balance is whatever's left on your monthly balance, PLUS 35.62 per month.

------------
So, let's say you get this plan and use it for 8 months. That means you've got 16 months left. You will have to pay 16 x $7.50 = $120 (monthly subsidy) PLUS 16 x 35.62 = $569.92. Add them up and the total is $689.92. That's a chunk of change. These plans are designed to keep your business for 24 months, or you pay a penalty making it worth their while to let you go early.

If you are even considering that you will need to break your contract, it's better to go month to month and buy your device on the side.

I just upgraded yesterday with Fido for note 10 plus for 9 GB plan. Haven't received the phone yet.
Plan $55-$15-25 percent ----total $37 plus tax
Phone $35 per month plus tax

Just wondering if 20 GB data and s20 plus is worth it ?

PS - I have access to EPP plan with Telus
--Bell 1 gb Fibe Internet + TV + Home Phone $75 + tax
--- 2 Fido 3 gb data plan $0 for 12 months Using with Fongo App

I'm looking to jump on this offer but still owe money on my S9+ with Fido. Any advice on how to get in on this before the end of June? My phone is paid off by end of July.

Where does it say that the Ultra gets earbuds? I thought the Ultra was excluded from this.

Can't you just pay off your device balance on Fido? It must be under $100 at this point?

It's at $70 and change. They said I can't just pay it off unless I change plans. Is that true? That doesn't make sense.
