There’s only cause for concern when people are selling because they can’t afford their homes. The “let me sell my home and see how much I can get” sellers come out during these times. Some of em list their homes every year to trap some fool.

We will see when the stats come out. The numbers I was told are abnormal. Maybe it's a timing thing.

What is the number of listings? What is the number of sales?
These aren't iffy feelings they are defined numbers. If you have nothing to add then why waste your time posting.
It's also not a secret anyone with access to MLS could pull the data, no need to guess or wait.
