Software similar to eCopy PaperWorks

Our company have been using eCopy PaperWorks for a very long time and I've been using it for a very long time as well. We recently switched to Document Companion and everyone I spoke to hates it. I am not used to merging, erasing / adding text to document. It takes me 20-30 mins to do something in DC when I would spend less than 5 mins in eCopy.

Does anyone know of any free PDF editor that can do the following? Add / erase text, merge docs, and add image. I've tried several programs, but none seems to be what I'm looking for.
