friend of mine lived in a ground floor with walk out terrace about 580 sq feet with a no window / closet type bedroom.
The walk out made it nice. I believe you can get hotel rooms service which I guess was cool before uber eats became so popular.
I believe the maintenance fees are high and he was unable to secure a rental parking spot in his building as the unit did not include one. He did fine parking in a nearby building but not ideal in winter
Can’t offer much else but he did rent it out when he moved out and is cash flow positive but it was purchased probably in 2012
