Not sure what else to call it... I mean it was used previously for as a "gaming pc". I would consider the case too massive for something like an HTPC. If all you need is something for browsing and light office productivity, I would advise them to get a used corporate Dell Optiplex machine or something as these parts are overkill for that.

Rather than me buying a new GPU and putting it in, it's probably better for a potential buyer to get a used mid range card for cheap and therefore complete the "budget gaming pc".
