like we said in your previous post, that is not ticketmaster face value...that is the 'resale market'

Would be easier if you posted your ticketmaster receipt, as well.

Face value on 308 row 8's are $1900/pair (these are what I bought yesterday from member presale). Not only that, section 308 is more towards center court so there is no way your seats are more expensive than mine in terms of face value.

To be fair - I think TM is making it very difficult to know what "face value" is. The pre-sale prices were increasing throughout the day yesterday - The 3PM slot prices were higher than 1PM, 1PM higher than 10 AM. I am not sure what the public (6PM) face value was - but if the increases for each pre-sale were an indication - probably 20% higher. (As an example: standing room tickets were approx ~$530 for game 5 at 10 AM, and ~$780 by 3PM).

That's not true. Standing room was $687.75 during the 3pm to 6pm window, because I looked at plenty different ones late into the window. Lower level tickets were well under $2,000 a pair - some were the "M" section, which is like back row of sides.

Not made up numbers like OP.

Sorry, I was a little off, but some standing room tickets were $756.75 for game 5 at the 3PM slot--> Image
I'm just giving an example *shrug* The prices from ticketmaster were already bonkers.

With the way ticketmaster runs things and the fact that its the NBA finals, face value doesnt mean anything. The only market is the secondary/reseller market.

Exactly- it sucks and I have no interest in that kind of pricing but if you don't like it, don't buy- don't expect sellers to find the one place that MAY quote face value -scroll on

My seats are in 117m it was not under $1000 @3.00 pm or 1.00PM or 10am,
at 10am my seats were = $2400
at 1.00pm = $3000
at 3.00pm = $3600
and at 6.00pm = $3600

you could have gotten under $2000 but in Endzonnes only
sections 101, 102, 103, 104, 111, 112, 113,114 and only at 10 am for SSH time slot
at all other time it was higher, much higher

I'm asking for much higher so i don't post here,
i don't want to lie my seats face value is $2250 just to make up the numbe
but i see many do, it is their problems not mine

because it is FACE VALUE - SSH Do not pay face value, they pay 30-40% less, in this case 60-70% less
so that why SSH can post for cheaper then face value!

this is how basically MLSE & TM trying to control Secondary market!

if you put those for sale on TM or SubHub for the cost you will be more expansive then every body (SSH)
unless you intended to go to games your self , 1.00PM or 3.00pm & 6.00pm tickets will not yield you any profit! only game 7 probably,
that why i went ot get extras to game 7 at 3 pm no luck, but i got 3 for game at 10am, @ 20% premium to SSH prices.
