Sole Proprietorship CEBA Question

In 2019, I had one employee and paid them roughly $15K. I did not pay myself at all, so should I pay myself $5k as an employee and suffer the payroll remittance penalties to qualify for the $20K CEBA requirement? I have a business account as well.
Thanks for the help in advance.

Cheers,

I don't think as a sole proprietor you can pay yourself and report it through your payroll account. It just does not make sense. You could pay your family member, I guess.
