Not interested but pictures and condition of the bill would most definitely be helpful in your sale.

Hi UrbanPoet,

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but your 1954 $1,000 isn't a "devil's face" bill. Devil's face bills were signed Coyne-Towers or Beattie-Coyne, and were all produced in the 1950s. You have a "1954 modified" bill. Your bill is signed Lawson-Bouey, meaning it was printed between 1973 and 1984. The condition of the bill dated 1988 (would have been printed mid to late 1990s) is much better, I would expect that one to sell for more than the 1954.

You're correct. I forgot to take it down for sale. I was given some incorrect info.
