Sport channels 4K

I'm getting a 4k receiver soon and wanted to know if Sportnet OEPW is the same as SN4K channel ... does the 4 channels OEPW have different things at different channel or all showing the same thing because right now all 4 channels showing the same thing

I can't remember and I wasn't sure because of covid19 screwing up the schedule of things and putting reruns

What about TSN 4K and TSN 2 4K ... I do see regular TSN 1- 5 channels have different things right now ... safe to assume that TSN 2 4K show the same thing as regular TSN 2 but in 4K... what does TSN 4K show?
